Our garden is blooming! We are so so soo soo excited and can’t wait for these babies to be born! Can you believe it… TWINS! Jason and I were heading to our ultrasound to see how far along I was, and we were joking how it might be two because I have felt soo sick this time, much worse than the other two. We got there and the girl starts doing her thing and then she goes “looks like there’s two” Jason and I looked at each other and said “What? Two?! Are you sure!?” Lol. I’m also showing a lot sooner which is why we decided to announce it. (Crazy) I remember not showing till I was five to six months with Dezi and Gavin. We talked about finding out the gender and we have decided to keep it a surprise.
Jason and I told our families and Kiddos our news very early on. (Gavin doesn’t quite get it yet, but Dezi totally does!) Part of me totally gets why we usually wait until we’re out of the first trimester before we share our news, but another part of me has learned that I really lean on support from family and friends in times of heartache or crisis, and I’m really thankful that there are people we can depend on in those times for support and love. I’m just really thankful for the people in my life, and hope I can always be there for them, too.
